There's a phone call for you. It's Mario.
Forget about the iPhone, does anyone fancy an nPhone? Yes, Nintendo has successfully patented a handset design that incorporates not only all the usual phone buttons but also a trio of game controller keys too.
Engadget has found a patent for a Nintendo Phone. Initially filed in 2001, and issued just last June, the patent describes an "electronic apparatus having game and telephone functions," and details how the device would pause a game for an incoming call and resume after the call was completed.
For some reason, it took the USPTO until June 2006 to issue this thing, so there's no telling if Nintendo still has any interest in its "Electronic apparatus having game and phone functions"
