|It seems the latest feature to come into camera phones is the "anti-shake" technology. Me, I personally always thought that my pictures came out pretty decent for a camera phone; after all its certainly not a digital camera. However, turns out that I was wrong. Digital cameras get a prettier picture because of their higher resolution as well as faster shutter speeds and this "anti-shake" technology.|
Anti-shake technology basically removes the blurriness caused due to the vibration of the hand while taking the image.
Anti-shake technology is possible via either software or hardware processing. Hardware is of course better but also more expensive; hence so far cell phones make use of software algorithms to clean up the photographs.
Thats not the only USP of the W41K though. Take along the charger with you and you have a complete music system at your disposal. The charging stations has a woofer built into it. Play music and listen to the awesome effect that is generated thanks to stereo speaker of the phone, woofer of the charging dock and the added advantage of a power supply other then the battery.
The clamshell design has a secondary display outside. However its of LED type and is such that it remains completely hidden until activated. In cases like a phone call or music being played, the track list with timer gets displayed. The effect is extremely cool since there is no way to make out that the phone does in fact have an external display. The device has a primary display capable of showing 262,000 colors (240 x 320 pixels display size). The phone also has a miniSD card which can take upto 1 GB of memory card. Physical aspects of the handset are as follows : 51 × 106 × 22 mm dimensions and weight 127g. The Kyocera W41K will be available in colors of black, silver and red.
