Google Nexus S has similar specifications as Samsung's Galaxy S smartphone, albeit with a few differences.
The Nexus S features a 4-inch Super AMOLED touch screen with a curved design Contour Display, Near Field Communication (NFC) that can read smart tags or any NFC chip, a 5-megapixel camera with capability of 720p HD video recording and LED-flash. Other features include Wi-Fi 802.11n, aGPS, Bluetooth v2.1, HSDPA (7.2 Mbps) and HSUPA (5.76 Mbps). You also get 16GB of internal memory (no Micro SD card) and the latest Google Mobile apps and services.
Nexus S will be sold unlocked and can be purchased online and in-store in the US starting after December 16 and at Carphone Warehouse retailers in the UK after December 20, priced at a whopping 650 EUR (~ $870).
