I have had this phone for only six months and have already had to take it back to the shop twice. Both times it has jammed on me and not allowed me in. I really like the phone and the camera in it is much better quality than the nokia cameras but it is just an inconvenience to have to take it back twice in only six months. It is a good phone when it is working.

this phone is disgusting. i am having a harder time using it than nokia phones. this unit is very stylish and cute but not user friendly. it hangs. upon turning it on you'll wait a very long time before you can use it because it initializes first. no means to connect it to your pc. the infrared does not function at all.
