This is the "comming back to common sense" era of the mobile phones. I believe someone somewhere realized that spending Euro 300 (~ $ 350) - I believe this is the medium cost of a high class mobile phone - is rather stupid when it's use for its basic features: to call somebody. I wonder how many of those who buy expensive mobile phones actually use their full technological capacities? 10 %? Even fewer? Well done Nokia, I was looking for a decent Nokia made phone. Now I have a few models to choose from.

Evereything excepted. No mutimedia features..No cam..No MP3..No bluetooth..No fancy features fine..some people dont need them. But why just 3 mb memory and why 65K color screen. if we really need a phone just for communication those are still out there..then why bringing these models up in 2006? what did we learn in so many years then?..(not to mention nokia even came up with a monochrome phone, such a shame). They are not going to sell it for 25USD? Are they?

this is just a basic phone for people who realize they actually dont need to have camera on phones and the other useless stuff, the only thing you need if you buy this phone is SMS, MMS & call nothing more nothing less

I think this phone is a good starter, because it doesnt have a lot of features, so if you just want a cell to talk to people, this is good.

Was given this phone and am surprised with the long standby time. I tested it and was able to get around 2 weeks with about 15 mins of calls per day. My criteria in a phone is long standby time and loud and clear calls and this phone fits perfectly. If this is available in a clamshell it would be the perfect phone for me.

Really not a good phone, low ringtone volume , very dull backlight & you can't control the backlight time. Worst phone ever seen from Nokia...

a damn phone !! just talk for an hour and bingo ur battery is low ...charge it for 2hrs everyday damn phone

u only need to be able to call people, it has internet atleast...

and it has a good battery, i left it on for 2 months only on 1 bar

Hello people! Do you know what is the mobile phone? The phone is to talk and not to play or something like this! Nokia 2610 it's done for people want to talk!
