I already have the new Motorola ROKR E2 and I must say that this phone ROCKS! It is packed with tons of features and most of all it can hold lots of music. You can forget about getting an ipod/mp3 player because this phone can do it all. I bet all phone manufactures are envying Motorola now!

Finally! ! ! A phone with a normal headphone jack ( 3.5mm ) i admit i like the sony ericsson W series walkman phones,(nokia 3250) nice sound quality and battery life, but the adaptor for the headphones just annoying and makes the phone bigger in size, and sometimes the plug comes off when u walking inside your pockets.... I can finally walk around with just a phone and plays music and not having a phone , with another MP3 player. also I know about the nokia N91 comes with a 3.5mm jack, but i can buy a Laptop with that kind of price, and the phone is too big, .why would anyone pay near$900.00 (USD)for a phone....?

1. is moto logo in front blue or silver color (i saw a photo where it was blue (the phone was black) and this just looks like a sht) >>>moto logo is silver. i have the black version. maybe you saw the plastic cover on it which is colored blue. 2. what's camera abilities >>>flash (auto, on, off), timer (5secs, 10secs), multi shot (4/6/8 shots), resolutions (thumbnail 120x160, small 240x320, medium 480x640, large 1024x1280), quality (good, better, best) >>>video resolution (small 128x96, medium 176x144), video quality (good, better, best), video length (mms short, mms long, maximum) there's also a review time option for pictures (none, 2secs, 4secs, 6secs), shutter tone (boing, chimp, click, flix, quack) looks like no way to disable it, default name, storage location, autosave (enable/disable), and autosend. 3. is it slow to navigate threw menus >>>yes, moving around is slow, at least that is my impression, not a snappy response. 4. what joystick feels like? >>>joystick is ok/responsive, it looks/feels like the motorola c650 joystick. about yor problem i think maybe u just have to swtich connection to SD card like it was made on e398.. somwhere in settings? >>>how do you do this? when i connect the usb cable to the computer it sees the phone as a motorola usb modem. there is no prompt that shows up in the phone afterwards. i was able to find a driver for it, but i think it acts as a modem and not a mass storage device. i read in a rokr e2 review that the phone can also act as a mass storage device. i wonder how they did it.

Received this phone a week ago. Solid phone, good looking, lots of features! USB 2.0 (ten times faster transfers than old E1.) Many supported audio formats: MP3, WMA, AAC, Real (W810 can learn a good lesson here.) SUPERB QVGA (320x240) screen! It's just beatiful. Standar 3.5mm heasphone jack is quite convenient, and it uses cheapest memory cards available. Motorola has a winner! This phone will become a Classic.
