1. install it directly to the phone using 'install applications' in PC Suite. this will leave no setup file on the phone. source the .sis file on your PC and install away!

2. transfer the .sis file to somewhere on the phone (somewhere easy to find and 'visible' from the phone's point of view) then disconnect from the PC. now go to Main Menu --> Tools --> File Manager and find where you placed the .sis theme file. click on it to initiate installation. after installation is complete you are free to delete the theme.sis file as it isnt' required anymore.

in both situations i recommend you install themes to the card memory to provide a 'backup route' should themes/applications screw up and free up the internal phone memory to assist in a problem-free phone experience.
