great phone. calls are loud and clear. so many features for so little price. i no longer have to carry my ipod and phone in my pocket, now i just carry this phone, it does it all.

ive had the phone for like a month or so now and a few days ago the backlight went out... the screen still worked, just there was no light and i could not see it at night. one day later the entire phone just turned off and refused to turn on. when i press the ON button, the red led on it turns on for a few seconds, then flashes quickly 4 times. anyone know what the problem is? thanks!

reply to arsenium !!!!!! you must have gotten the same phone i returned !---- i had the same exact problems with mine! i went thru 3 of that same phone an 8 months !!!!!! u need to put your foot down, and contact wher you got it and tell them your not happy and want a diferent phone ! they sent me a new w810i. good luck
