Where is it available???

how come this phone only has 20 mb built in memory while the k750 has 38mb built in? and why is the battery life on stand by 50 hours shorter!? plus where the hell did the camera cover go? i guess i am asking tough questios of the w810, but these questions need answers

the built in memory doesnt matter as the W810 comes with a 512MB card like the W800. it does need a camera cover though. this phone is basically the same as the W800 but black and looks better

Ordered the phone from O2 customer service (upgrade) last Friday, was a bit concerened when UK folk were quoting O2 saying the w810 was out of stock but low and behold, the phone arrived yesterday! First impressions are good, I've been a SE user since the T28 and have always been impressed with the build quality and the ease of operating system. The w810 does not disappoint; it looks great, the sound from the mp3 player is ace (megabass will blow your eardrums), the camera takes sharp pics (nice touch with autofocus), the operating system is fast and intuitive (Motorola should really take note) and oh yeah, it also makes and receives phone calls. I have not noticed any of the bugs listed through this forum and am more than happy with my choice. 5/5

ive always had nokia phones but i very much doubt i will return to this make after using this phone, i think it is amazing and the sound quality is amazing for a phone, it is also easy to transfer data onto and from your phone and the camera is excellent quality. I honestly cannot fault this phone in any way!

its pretty much the same except it has slightly different button setup and personally i prefer the coulor of it

I recently purchased this phone and following are my opinions. PROS: Camera Quality is very good Good sound quality Battery life is excellent CONS: *Cannot receive or make calls while connected to USB for file transfer *File Manager is very bad. Cannot see the real directory struture via phone. *No cover for camera lense *Cannot mute shutter sound of camera *Headphone connection is loose and had to press hard to get connected.

This is a great phone. Other phones such like samsung on nokia can not match with sony ericsson...by themes,mp3 quality sound,CAMERA quality,autofocus is GREAT!! best thing in phonecamera...and themes and simplicity!!!

SE W810 is definitely better!! And they are at about the same price. W810 is 20-40$ more expensive. So, get the W810.

If I were you i will buy this phone,it is better than nokia 3250 in speed, camera, sound quality, performance.

The only "advantage" people say the 3250 has is its symbian technology, which right now is not fully maximized because 3250 has the new symbian version w/c does not accept unlicensed 3rd party apps. Camera, sound, looks, the w810 is way better than 3250. The w810 is a lot smaller w/c is more practical if you just pocket your phone while listening thru the headset. Try to imagine texting w/ the headset connected at the side of the 3250. Wouldnt it be a bother? And eventhough both have 2mp cameras, the w810s pics are way better, not to mention it also has a flash. Plus, give the 3250 a few months and im sure that rotating/twisting part wouldn't be tight anymore...if it doesnt fall off first. Anyway, thats just my opinion. Check out both phones and read internet reviews first before u buy (but i doubt if you'll see an internet review choosing the 3250 over the w810). Go to mobile-review.com, they have a comprehensive comparison of music phones there.

from the time i was 12 i've had nokia mobile phones but as soon as i saw the sony ericsson w810 i knew i HAD TO HAVE IT! this pone is AMAZING the themes, memory, sound quality mp3 keeps getting better! i highly recommend this fone to anyone who wants a good phone with a little bit of class

I bought this phone for its sound quality. Its a great phone. Was a bit disappointed though because sound isn't that much louder even through headphones(comparing to iPod). Should i buy a better headphone? what headphone is better than sony Ericsson's??

Go to the file manager, select sound, select the mp3, select more->use->ringtone..

Had this phone for a week now and it is brilliant!!! Not prone to freezing like a nokia, and has better sound quality. Pictures taken with the camera is excellent on screen and on my computer. Comes with 512mb memory card which can fit a load of songs, videos and pictures. However there a few drawbacks...battery life seems to drain out after listening to the Walkman on full volume. The navigation key is seriously annoying with the chappy squeaky sound and it does have a chappy feel. Although my w810 has had 2 falls to concrete, it still has avoided any scratches which is amazing. It is one of the top 3 phones out at the moment!
