Ok,a quick(ish!)summary of the TM100- obviously others opinions will differ but here goes- Appearance- Ok,so many have compared this to the SE T630,guess I kinda see that,it is however a bit larger. The 'squareness' of the phone might put people off but I don't find it a problem,in general it's a pretty attractive looking handset- be warned though...u may find yourself carrying a cloth to wipe away dirty finger marks from the glossy black cover! The slider is pretty neat: not quite as cool as the semi-automatic sliders found in Samsung models but it works and feels sturdy enough. Usability- The TM100 is a speedy phone sure enough, quick to go through menus and no lagging, which is damn annoying! The user interface is pretty easy to get the hang off and attractive enough, just a shame it doesn't support any colour schemes or themes- so your stuck with T-Mobiles default pinkish colour. The key pad is really good, keys are sufficently large enough and are very responsive, white backlighting would have looked nicer than that horrible 'so-1990's' green, though.Navigation key and softkeys are also very responive and work well. Calling- This is the phones weak point,in-call volume is quite low, even when set to the highest volume,a bit of a struggle hearing the other person in a noisy place, other than that sound is pretty clear. Messaging- Pretty much fool-proof,MMS is pretty good with having the ability to send video clips, sounds and pictures...painless. Camera- Easily the best non-megapixel camphone out there, along with the GX20..quality is amazing, pictures come out sharp with excellent detail and clarity,it can handle close-ups fantastically by changing the position of the macro lense: from a distance of about 2cm's you can take a photo of small print from a mag,and read it perfectly.....don't know any other phones that can do that, tried it with a moto V600/E398,Siemens CX65,Nokia 6600,SE T630...at this range all you get in most cases is a horrible blur.Photos look good on a pc too,and are printable.Video is acceptable I guess, shame it's only limited to 10 secs recording time but you can record sound if you wish or turn it off.In general the camera gets a massive thumbs up from me. Screen- Again this is excellent- it's bright, sharp and colours are well saturated, the main attraction for me is the size- it's huge compared to other models out there. Ringtones- Ok,the pre-installed ones are a bit naff but of the 80 or so i've stuck on mine, they sound great. At 40 chords they're far better than other manufacturers offer, especially nokia- suffiently loud and clear to be heard- if not quite as loud as current Samsungs. The TM100 also has a very good polyphonic ringtone composer and u can choose from loads of different instruments for your tone. All the other stuff- The ommision of bluetooth is a shame really as it would have been nice to have it- you've got infrared but I don't find it useful as you can't send/recieve pictures etc thru it.Battery life is a bit dissapointing too- I only manage about two days with average use.Memory is only about 2mb,so a bit low, you'll probaly find yourself deleting things after a while, especially if taking high res photos and videos. The TM100 supports quite a few multimedia file formats- BMP/JPG/GIF for pictures MIDI/SMAF/MMF/AMR/IMY and WAV sound formats.Games- look good on the large screen, but no sound as someone else mentioned. Not many 'decent' games available yet i've noticed. The calender and alarm clock functions are pretty standard and the voice recordrer works well too. So,in summary I think this is a very capable phone for the price- if people aren't too bothered about bluetooth/Mp3 players etc.....I'd definately recommend it.
