Well I have had this phone for 2 days now and I think it is exeptional. I bought the phone wanting just a simple handset that let me call, sms and email. You can't blame a phone for being what it is if you didnt find out first. I did my research and picked this phone. As for the keys, they DO light up and night use is fine. If yours don't light up maybe you have a faulty handset? The email function is also easy and simple to use. Quite speedy too. The design of the handset is good too. Slimline and functional. The screen quality is excellent and although the camera is limited, the pictures it produces are fantastic! All in all I would give this phone 4 out of 5.
