Bought it because it looks like a klass wee phone,first let down was you cant set your own ringtones, what phone these days doesnt let you set ur own rintones??? im embarrassed when i get a phonecall, i have to just keep it on vibrate. cant send pic messages, get on the internet, download music, and i keep getting incompatible message format aswell,and i ave top charge it too often, the battery life is a joke.this phone is a joke. Will never be getting another samsung again, they have gone way downhill with this phone. Im going to stick with sony ericcson. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!

Anyone looking for advice on samsung s400i don't bother. it's RUBBISH. videos only get 20 maybe less. can't get music keeps on saying not available don't know why i wasted 100 or more pounds on a phone which i can't get music off of.
