you can download themes for the centro......but most of them you have to buy. i would suggest to buy them due to the fact that if you get any from an unknown source, your palm will run funny. i hope this helps.

There's a program called TreoLauncher (shareware) that will change the layout of your screen in (what I consider to be) an appealing way. It also allows you to put up a background image. I have found some color themes (and nice wallpapers) at http://centro.laursifer.com Hope this helps!
