Nice phone and features but: 1) Make sure you don't purchase or foreign language unit. I bought one in HK recently and they only had a German unit. The dude told me it had English versions in the CD..NOT!! Activesync software and any other software for the unit is non existent from any obvious/convenient locations. You can't get it from the O2 site. 2) The O2 site is piss poor/ basically no downloads for paid customers. 3) Included ring tones are a joke, what few there are. Imagine 8-10 ring tones that you would never use, and make them more irritating by one order of magnitude. 4) No themes loaded, you get win default and one other fruity one. 5) Connectivity to anything (as all have stated) is confusing at best. Settings can be technical.

I bought this phone last week ,and I'm really surprised It's really a one with all these fantastic features but it's too expensive I bought it for 500$
