Amazing features. I own the phone and I can't fault it at all. I would recommend a bluetooth headset as the phone is quite large. I regularly watch video on my phone and the quality is impeccable. Brilliant phone whether you're a business user or not.

change ringtones by going to the tune you wanna have as a ringtone and holding the stylus on it till the menu appears and selecting set as ringtone... to change message tones the files have to be wav files and the must be saved in the windows folder, copy and paste technique works for this... then go to sound settings and the new wav files should be in the set message tone menu.
