Tim says: Had this phone since September, been back to the shop 3 times with it already! Had to go back for repair early on because sound was faulty. Now despite putting on settings for media messaging and contacting o2 head office I still can't send or receive media messages nor use o2 active. The shop can't sort the problem so I am going to have to go back yet again and moan. Think i have got a rogue phone but no one wants to do anything about it!!
