Its bluetooth is usless ! Turn off is OK, but unable to switch bluetooth function on. Pictures taken from built-in camera is very bad. It's wrong to buy it.

Advantages 1 Three way connectivity to the PC. IR, data Cable, Bluetooth. All work smart and perfect (2) Good Battery backup (3) Keypad is very easy to use, like computer keyboard. (4) Good looking. (5) Low price (but many features) Disadvantages (1) Screen is of less resolution. (2) Camera is not upto the standard(Anyway i am happy with this quality at such an amazing price). Just transfer the image to the PC, there u'll find it much better.

I've sent an image & a video clip to a 6820 via Bluetooth, from a Samsung D500.The sending was successful and so was the Save on the 6820. However, I cannot retrieve both the image or the video clip. I've been thru' every menu option but cannot find it anywhere.Does anyone know where it is ? Or does this 6820 have a software problem ? I've resent the video clip via MMS which works fine by the way. Can anyone help me ?

I have had the 6820 for about a year now. i think it's a good phone but the camera isnt really thet good. i really like the way the phone flips open and it looks like a key board. overall i thnk the phone is really good.
