I like the design, simple, not too much curves, this is the phone I've been waiting for from Nokia. It has great features, can't complain anything about it so far.Better than Ericsson K750i, don't you think?

the flash is the only thing missing.The pictures during the night will be very bad.Night mode isn't enought for good pictures

does this fone have dual cameras? for video conversations?

The perfect phone..to bad that is Nokia..to many problems with the software..and 6233 surely will have problems just like 6230i had when hit the market..I will have this phone in the store (I am a gsm dealer) and I will have a close loke.. I wanted this phone so bad..but i changed my mind and took Samsung D600 because Samsung just make perfect phones..with perfect software and no isues at all! There are just to many fulty nokia on market..I have a N91 in store..and it has problems with software..the same with No E60.. To bad for u Nokia..

HI Guys. I am now a proud owner of a Nokia 6233, in black colour. A few points: 1 - It does not overheat after a few minutes on a call. 2 - The charger plug is different from the normal nokia. It is the same shape but much smaller. 3 - The menu is a lot faster than 6230i, i mean, a LOT! And it is so much nicer! 4 - CAmera is fantastic for a 2mp. 5 - no more changing fascias!!! Fantastic feel to the phone. 6 - Sound is great, incl headphone and speaker. 7 - MP3 can be used as ringtone. 8 - Battery seems to be taking it nicely too. 9 - Any questions, please ask away! please, when emailing, write "gsmarena 6233 query" on the subject field, otherwise your email will go to junk box. 10 - Thanks for reading!

Very less internal memory Not my kind of phone

There's a 64 MB card included and you can upgrade it up to 2 GB. I think that's enough.

The only features that it beat the SE K750 is the navigation button is much better than the SE joystick. Speakers seem better, but its just not a very cool phone. Looks too flat on the design.

love the phone so far, but having problems with bluetooth, when I paid it to the Nokia HS-800 i don't get any sound. does anyone know why this is?

Menu>>Settings>> Conectivity>>Bluetooth>> Search for audio enhanc.

overall It is a good phone.

I just got my 6233 on Orange, and it has a big problem! When you switch it on it says "Phone restricted", and all you can do is press the middle button, which results in a prompt to enter the code. If you switch the phone off & on a few times, then eventually it will probably start properly, though it has also failed to register the SIM a couple of times. Orange say that this was first reported in June and they are awaiting a software update from Nokia, but don't have a date for it yet. I'm going to see how it goes for the next few days, but send it back if I can't live with it. Really unimpressed at the poor Q/A on this.

Cheap phone, display lighting duration not adjustable, so using the phone means it goes dark constantly and you have to turn on the light every few seconds. Phone is made of plastic, feels and looks plastic, also the keyboard. Photo and video quality is terrible, when making a video and you go from dark to light place, the video is over lighted for 4 seconds, if you go from light to dark the video will be completely dark for 4 seconds. Phone crashed regularly, nasty beep sound, white screen and back in main menu. Keys don't make a sound every time you press them, so while writing sms you think all the time didn't I press the button? I hear no sound, but when looking to the screen you see it is written. Phone is very heavy, old looking design even with the stylish looking chrome touch. Receiving calls is good, but you can't put the sound very loud.

having problem connecting to internet

i give 2 thumbs up,but like Tom said it only lacks the flash for night pictures, other than that it is awesome
