Where to get the latest s/w version and how to update it to the phone ???

its a pretty good mobile and is compact.its features are really good when u take the price and when u compare it with other models of this price.basically im satisfied with this

I have this phone for year and a half. And I should say it's a very good phone!! i have never had any problems with it. The battery lasts for 9 days till now! It have never fallen dead without any reason or had any OS problems. and you can properly use it like searchlight. it helps a lot! it's very pitty that it doesn't have at least a radio player, or it cannot be set MP3 like a ringtone. but If you're looking just for simple phone, you should go for it, cause its small, good looking and reliable device.

Fantastic little phone. Served me well for over a year. Am now upgrading to 5140 for a change. Have had almost no problems with phone until recent months when clock has 'stuck' on more than one occasion, and when 121 messages have not been received properly. Would be better with camera and IR! Overall a lovely domestic phone!

This a great phone, but I'm so insatisfied with this one. The Battery life is so great, But, there is no IRda or MP3, or a simple audio recorder, thats sucks, I'm going to buy a Sony Ericsson K300i, at the same price that I've bought this 3100. 3100 have a good stile, but no features, the performance is amazing, but in the java games, with 3D grafics, it is horrendous, so lowww! Phone book is acceptable, the menu grafics are ridiculous, whithout animations or ani incrementation. But forgeting all of this s**t, thats a small, and cute fone, so pretty...

i've had this phone for around 4 months and it sucks...period...no infrared?! no blootooth?! how can nokia expect me to share stuff with friends or vice versa...grrrr....this has got to be one of nokia more disappointing phones...plus no radio, no camera...i think the only plus side to this phone is its cuteness i think...

can put bluetooth
