i am using thsi phopne since july 2005. i really happy with the performance. ringer stops working once, but Nokia guys fix it very promptly and now its workinh fine.the Extraordianry quality of this set is its FM Radio Reception that is awesome.

ave owned a Nokia 2300 now for about 3 yrs. And it meets all my essential needs. I bicycle and I like the radio. Changing preprogrammed channels is easy, I just push the talk button on the handsfree mike. The phone discontinues radio and answers automaticaly. And returns automaticaly to radio after a call. It is also easy to scan for new local channels as you move into new areas. Batterylife is sufficient for all-day radio listening and heavy calling. Audio quality is excellent. The reason I bought the 2300 was adequate features and dirt cheap price.
