Imate products are absolutely not reliable, I've burnt my money on this brand. These are much hyped products, which do not live up. The phones have peeling paint, freezing soft keys, joy-stick problems. No after sales service support. As some one in the chain said, conceptually the phones are good but they are not yet ready for introduction in the market. HTC in Taiwan the ODM-OEM supplier to IMATE needs to focus & work hard on making durable, rugged & working phones. If you've more money give it to charity, but don't blow it on imate, go for any other smart phone brand.

you cant use motorolla charger 4 ur imate.they look same but imate doesnt charge from it.same is the case with data cable.imate only uses its own chargers and cables.and dont try 2 do such things.they can prove fatal 4 ur set
