I have bought i mate jam few days back and its really good and u can set mp3 as your ringtone but the problem i'm facing is that video files are not playing on this mobile can somebody help me out?how can we play video on it?

I have a Jam for 3 months and I can tell: 1. The speaker isn't loud enough. 2. Memory is always too low. 3. You can't use two windows at the same time 4. When you write notes, specially numbers and letters altogether, they scramble and you can't get anything readable. 5. You can't hear music on your bluetooth device. 6. The original earpieces are too big for normal ears and if you jog they always fall. 7. It hasn't Wi-Fi. 8. It hasn't GPS antenna (you can't use 2 bluetooth devices at the same time). 9. You can't receive a fax directly to your phone. I can't change it for 3 years but surely I won't buy another I-mate. I miss my Palm

how can u set mp3 as a ringtone can we install a dictionary in imate jam n if so where do v get that

I have had imate jam its functions are really cool and every thing is good just this that I am having probs playing vid files I have tried each and every file to work but none do my mobile gets stuckand I have to reset
