luv my new alcatel but theres something wrong with the software, i cant always connect (by comport)my mobile to my pc, it works some times with the modem and options on software set exact but other times it doesnt work! HELP!!!! iv tried everything i can think of and so have the tech guy when i bought it! i dont wana switch for another! Crying or Very sad
