LG Electronics extends its premium design LCD monitor lineup by introducing its new 'black jewelry' LCD monitor (60 series), the successor to its previous 40 series LCD monitors.

By adopting LG's exclusive 'DFC(Digital Fine Contrast) technology', it offers a 2000:1 contrast ratio, 2ms response time, 300cd/m2 brightness, 'f ENGINE’ chip for improving image quality, and 'tilt' function.

Candela CLM20D1SB - from the company's PROMISSION line - offers 20.1” UXGA LCD, with a contrast ratio of 1000:1 and a brightness of 300cd/m2. It measures 445.6 x 245.6 x 417.6mm, weighs 16.5-pounds and will be available for preorder at 404 € ~ $520 (474 € retail price) at the end of August.
